The USP .45 is a high powered semi-automatic pistol found in military areas.
History[]
The HK USP was designed by the famous military arms company Heckler & Koch from 1989 to 1993. It was designed as a result of the United States's need for a new military and police side arm. The original model used a roller delayed blowback system, with a double action only trigger group. The firearm is similar in design to the Browning Hi-Power and the Colt M1911.
The USP .45 was put into production in 1993, and was originally chambered in the powerful .45 ACP round. As time went along, more variants of the weapon were developed, such as the USP Match, Elite, and Compact. The firearm also recieved new ammunition types for the new variants, such as 9x19mm Parabellum, .40 S&W, and .357 SIG (Compact only).
Appearance[]
The USP .45 pistol is completely black. Most of the firearm has a slight level of reflectance. The shell ejection port is a grey color. It's hard to see in the night.
Performance[]
Does on par on damage and fire rate as the other military pistols. It should not be underestimated, and is arguably more effective at combat than the automatic handguns, as it has a higher damage and decent accuracy.
Recommended Use[]
The USP has the good ADS accuracy from the .45 ACP, along with the best damage for a secondary, so it is a good option for medium range. It can also be effective in CQC situations.
