Primaries are a main part of the game and have to different types, civilian, and military, civilian weapons are more common but are considered worse than military weapons. civilian primaries can spawn anywhere on the map as long as it has a place to spawn like lets say dirk, dirk has the chance to spawn 10 civilian primaries and 3 military primaries. military guns spawn at military areas like military outpost or military tents at union square and major towns like well, hark, vernal, and kin, these are the biggest towns and the most chance out of all other towns to spawn military loot and can spawn the most civilian loot as well.
