The 30 Round MP5 Magazine is a common magazine found in military areas.
History[]
The MP5 was designed in the 1960's by Heckler and Koch. They designed the MP5 to hold both 15 and 30 round 9x19mm magazines. The 30 round magazine was made standard, and is used with many militaries today, along with the MP5 itself[1].
Appearance[]
The MP5 magazine has the appearance of many other SMG magazines, and even looks somewhat like rifle magazines. It is curved and thin, similar to the 35 Round PPSh-41 Magazine. It is also the same color as the magazine used in the PPSh-41. The differences between the two magazines is that the PPSh-41 magazine is longer than the MP5 magazine, and also, the MP5 magazine can only be found in military areas.

- The MP5 is one of the only two military SMGs, the other being the high capacity PP-19 Bizon, which is chambered in 9x18mm.
